Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder
  • 1 tsp Licorice root powder
  • 1 Cinnamon (sprinkle)
  • 1 cup milk of your choice

Instructions

  • Froth your milk to get it nice and warm
  • Spoon in the herbal powders and mix in well
  • Pour and top with cinnamon
