Metabolic Booster Seed Mix

metabolism boosting recipe

Give your body a boost with this metabolism boosting savoury spice mix, that goes adds flavour to almost any savoury dish. It’s a protein rich spiced blend inspired by Ayurveda.

Diet planning for weight management is something I find myself doing in clinic often. As we move into cooler seasons or wetter seasons, our bodies naturally tend towards accumulation (as opposed to hotter seasons where our bodies are more inclined to be sweating out toxins and releasing).

This tendency to accumulate can contribute to water retention and weight gain and make it harder to shift those extra kilos. That’s where my Metabolic Seed Boosting Mix comes in. It’s a delicious and nutritious seed mix recipe to get your metabolism firing away!

I show you in 4 easy steps how to create this mix. Some ways you can use it are:

  • add to salads
  • sprinkle on stews
  • sprinkle over avocado on toast
  • use as a topping on your favourite home-made dips
  • throw some on to your next batch of baked veges
